Cancellation and refunds
Last updated October 30, 2026
This policy is part of our terms of service.
Free trial
- Your first 14 days are free. You add a card to start, and we charge it on day 15 unless you cancel before then.
- We email you a reminder about a week before your trial ends.
- Cancel during the trial and you’re never charged. Your lists keep coming until the trial ends.
- Each business gets one free trial.
Cancelling
- You can cancel anytime. Reply to any email from us, or email [email protected], and say you want to cancel.
- We confirm every cancellation by email. If you don’t hear back within two business days, email us again.
- After the trial, cancelling stops your next charge. Your lists keep coming until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and then they stop.
- If you have mail, cards already sent to print still mail, and you pay for them.
- When your plan ends, so does your right to use the lists. See section 4 of our terms.
Refunds
- Payments aren’t refundable. That includes partial months, months you didn’t use, ZIP codes you didn’t use and lists you didn’t open. Mail sent to print isn’t refundable either.
- We may choose to give a refund or credit in a particular case. That’s up to us, and giving one doesn’t mean we’ll give another.
- Any refund is at most what you paid us in the 3 months before you ask.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
A charge you think is wrong
Email [email protected] first, and we’ll look into it. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead, see “Disputed charges” in section 5 of our terms.
